FREQUENCY OF USE : Apply every two hours in the event of prolonged exposure.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE : Apply sunscreen evenly and generously all over your face and neck before exposing yourself to the sun. Too much sun is dangerous for your health. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day. If not enough is applied, the level of protection will not be optimal.
